PT. Elshaddai Anugerah Abadi with DR. KARNAIL SINGH, M.H.A as founder and DR. SANJAY SINGH, MM, MMRS as former director, registered with the Ministry of Law & Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia has two core businesses namely, Puri Medika Hospital ( RS. Puri Medika ) and Puri Medika Medical Examination Center (PMMC). We are commited with our vision and mission in providing the Quality Health care Services to the people both in General Health Care Services and Health Screening Services. 

And now, with DR. Dr. Bobby Singh, Sp.P, M.Kes, MARS, FISR, FAPSR, FRSPH, CH.T, CH.Med as President Director, It is our pride to say PURI MEDIKA MEDICAL CHECK-UP CENTER (PMMC) is leading the way in growing gradually as a pioneer MARITIME CLINIC in Indonesia in its journey of around 15 years, serving more than 80,000 seafarers and International Clients and Different locales in adhering to different National Flag Medical Standards, Principals and Supervisory Boards.

ESTABLISHMENT

1966 – Started as a clinic rith two practitioners offering general medical services to the people of Tanjung Priok, Indonesia.
1997 – With the growingneed of the SeafTarer Health Screening, by taking opportunity of the same, we started to provide the Health Screening to the Seafarers.
1999 – With 2 years experience in the Pre-Employment Medical Examinations for the seafarer, referring to thw requirements of Seafarers jon function, the estabilityof separate division of Maritime Health Screening was initiated serving land based workers and seafarers seeking for employment aboard.
2000 – A new separate facility have been built, for the services to the general patient with a separate division of medical check-up serving land based workers, seafarer, corporate workers and students.
2001 – With a growing demand in maritime occupational health, in eager to have the acknowledgment of the abroad principals and to accommodate more seafarer, we plan to have quality health facility meeting international standards with a medical equipment necessary for conducting a quality health screening – therefore the competent doctors, nurses and other medical technician such as radiolographers, Lab analys, electromedic nurses and administrative staff have been recruitment. With this plan, to enhance occupational maritime health course in gdanks Poland and active involvement in the maritime health, we attend the international maritime health seminars conducted by IMHA, attending occupational maritime health health course in Gdanks Poland and active involvement in the maritime health activities locally internationally, for providing quality PEME on seafrers and Land based workers.
31st January 2004 – ISO 9001:2000 Certification for the HEALTH SCREENING UNIT – later in January 2011 upgraded with ISO 9001:2008 by recertification with UKAS Management System, Registrar of Global Group.
